Pre natal Reflexology

During pregnancy women can find reflexology deeply relaxing, helping them to adjust to the hormonal, emotional and physical changes they encounter. In turn this helps to relieve stress and anxiety prior to birth, promoting a calm and positive outlook for mother and baby.

Reflexology is perfectly safe and beneficial during pregnancy, however I do recommend that you let your midwife know you are intending to have Reflexology.

Labour priming techniques can be used to stimulate specific reflexes to encourage the onset of labour, however these reflexology techniques are contraindicated prior to your expected date of delivery.

Clients often have weekly/ fortnightly treatments, however one off sessions are also beneficial and gift tokens are available.

Post natal Reflexology

Following the birth reflexology helps to rebalance the body, calming and relaxing the mother, encouraging rest and relaxation.
